Who are LyfeRoots products for? 

Our products are created for everyone, whether you are a health-conscious individual, sports enthusiast, parents or vegan, all of our products are suitable for all as these are natural, plant based, gluten free, dairy free and free from additives binders and fillers.

What are LyfeRoots capsules made from? 

All of our products are encapsulated in vegetable pullulan.

Do any LyfeRoots products contain GMOs? 

None of our products contain any GMO ingredients. 

How do I take LyfeRoots Supplements?  

All of our products are one capsule a day and can be taken either with food or without food. Each capsule can be opened and consumed with any drink. 

Why is my supplement a different colour?

All of our products are natural and may differ in colour due to the natural ingredients used. This does not affect the quality of the supplement.  

I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I use LyfeRoots products? 

All of our products have not been formulated for pregnant or breastfeeding purposes and you should consult your GP prior to taking any of our supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

How do I store LyfeRoots products? 

All of our products should be stored somewhere cool and not in direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not needed as each product is shelf stable. 

Are LyfeRoots products suitable for children?

LyfeRoots contains two products which are formulated for the use of children such as our Family Biome and Kid's Multi. Al of our other products are specifically formulated for anyone aged over 12 years old and should not be consumed by children under the age of 12 years old unless on the advice of a general practitioner.

How do I contact a LyfeRoots Nutritionist? 

You are able to contact our in house nutritionists through our online booking system. You are able to book a video or phone consultation through this link. 

How much does a consultation cost? 

Currently we offer an initial consultation for a cost reduced price of £30 which will include a video consultation. 

Who are your Nutritionists? 

All of our nutritionists are all qualified and registered with the correct association. Each nutritionist is highly qualified to give nutrition advice and give lectures, seminars and are recognise in the industry. So do not worry as you will be seen by a highly qualified nutritionist and will be in safe hands. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my consultation? 

Yes of course you are able to reschedule or cancel the consultation through the email invitation. Please do not that you are able to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours prior to your consultation.

All of our products are available online at Amazon or When you buy directly from our website you are able to get a discount through our direct sale and subscribe. 

LyfeRoots supplements are available from a range of independent stores and pharmacies across the UK. 

When will my order be posted?

We aim to post all orders on the day if placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and will be posted to be delivered within 1-2 working days. Any orders placed after 1pm or on the weekends will be posted the next working day. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

We are able to ship internationally to most countries. For international shipping we provide free shipping on all orders over £ . We will aim to ship within 24 hours of purchase. 

How much does postage/shipping cost? 

We provide free postage on all orders over £30 in the UK. 

International shipping is available and free on all orders over £200. Standard shipping typically costs £25 on orders under £200. 

Can I track my order? 

Yes, all LyfeRoots products are sent via a trackable service and a tracking number will be provided with your order confirmation.

How can I cancel an order?

What is your returns policy? 

The UK Distance Selling Regulations entitles you to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. However, LyfeRoots allows your 14 days for your convenience.
