What is Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha is one of the most talked about herbs in Ayurvedic medicine! Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic which means that it adapts to your body’s needs to create a stable environment and support overall health. It is one of the most used herbs as history traces this herb back 3,000 years ago and was originally used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine.
